How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online only and will typically ship within a week.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10AM – 4PM (Eastern Standard Time).

How do you process payments?

All transactions processed through our website are handled via Shopify Payments (fuelled by Stripe). All online transactions are transmitted securely using industry standard SSL technology.

What currency do you process payments in?

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Do I have to pay tax and how much is it?

Yes, all applicable federal and provincial (or harmonized) taxes will be applied to your order to comply with government regulations.

Why don’t you ship internationally?

At this time, we are selling and shipping our products only in Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship our orders via Canada Post.

Express Shipping (6 days) within Canada:
  • ON / QC : $15.00
  • NS / NB / PEI / NFL / MB : $20.00
  • SK / AB / BC : $25.00
Please note that shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Wreaths and Sticks.

We cannot offer flat-rate shipping to The Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut at this time. If you are living in one of these regions and are interested in the products we carry, please feel free to inquire at shipping@wreathsandsticks.com and we will be happy to review your order and propose an estimated shipping cost.

ORDERS OVER $150.00 SHIP FREE* (Some restrictions apply)

* Some particularly heavy and/or fragile items may require extra shipping costs, additional insurance or an alternative delivery service to ensure a safe transfer of goods. Wreaths and Sticks reserves the right to hold back any order requiring special handling and to contact the customer to outline and review the additional costs. Should the customer choose not to proceed with the order, a full refund will be arranged.

Where do the items ship from?

All goods ship from Georgetown, Ontario, Canada.
  We reserve the right to hold any order where the shipping and billing addresses differ until we have confirmation from the customer. **We do NOT ship to PO Boxes**.

How do I return a product?

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at returns@wreathsandsticks.com to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) and a return shipping address. No items may be returned without this number. Items returned to us must be in original condition and packaging and be in good condition for resale. Return shipments must be clearly marked and labeled with the RAN. Once the items are back in our possession we will refund your money and you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges will only be honored in the case of miss-shipped items or damages. Should you wish to exchange one item for another, please note that you will have to complete the above mentioned return process and place a new order for the goods you desire. 

What if one of my items is damaged?

To return and/or replace damaged goods, please email returns@wreathsandsticks.com upon receipt of the item to receive instructions on the return process. Customers must assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Damaged goods will be reimbursed for the full purchase price once the goods have been received by our warehouse.

Beyond the replacement of goods lost or damaged in transit, Wreaths and Sticks will not be held responsible for the fulfillment of any repairs on products purchased through our store deemed to be due to inappropriate use or negligence. We inspect products thoroughly prior to shipping and package our products for shipping using industry standards to ensure you receive your products in good order.
